We are hiring an experienced Structural Foreman for residential and commercial construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in supervising structural works, especially villas and multistorey buildings, and must be able to lead site activities efficiently, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate structural works on villas and building projects

Ensure compliance with structural drawings, specifications, and safety standards

Manage daily site operations, materials, manpower, and equipment

Report work progress to Site Engineer/Project Manager

Ensure timely completion of assigned activities and monitor subcontractor work

Maintain site records, inspections, and reports

Enforce site safety, discipline, and quality control measures
Requirements

Minimum 5–10 years of UAE experience in structural construction

Proven experience in villa and building construction

Strong knowledge of structural drawings, formwork, rebar, and concrete works

Ability to manage laborers, materials, and daily work schedules

Good communication and leadership skills

Familiarity with Dubai Municipality and safety regulations
