Job Overview

We are hiring Quantity Surveyors to manage cost-related aspects of construction projects, including BOQ preparation, cost estimation, tendering, variations, claims, contract administration, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation.
• Conduct cost analysis and risk assessments.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Monitor project budgets and prepare cost performance reports.
• Manage variations, claims, change orders, and contractual correspondence.
• Conduct site visits to verify progress and validate claims.
• Use Oracle Fusion for project cost management and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of quantity surveying experience in the construction industry.
• Oracle Fusion experience is required.
• Construction industry experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, cost estimation, tendering, variations, and claims.
• FIDIC knowledge preferred.
• RICS / MRICS / AIQS certification preferred.
• English is essential; Arabic is preferred.
