Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer to develop, monitor, and update project schedules for construction projects. The role involves baseline programme preparation, progress monitoring, reporting, critical path analysis, and support in delay analysis and EOT documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare baseline, revised, and recovery programmes using Primavera P6.
• Develop WBS, activity sequencing, dependencies, and project milestones.
• Monitor site progress and update project schedules regularly.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S-curves, dashboards, and KPI reports.
• Track critical path activities and identify potential delays.
• Support delay analysis, EOT claims, notices, and project control documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and procurement teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Engineering.
• 8–10 years of planning and scheduling experience with a contractor.
• Proven high-rise building project experience.
• UAE experience is mandatory.
• Oracle Fusion Project Module experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and Power BI.
• Candidates currently available in UAE will be preferred.
