Job Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager to manage warehouse operations, inventory control, material movement, Oracle Fusion Inventory transactions, and coordination with Procurement, Projects, Finance, and Logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, inspection, storage, issuance, transfers, and dispatch of materials.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize warehouse workflows.
• Manage Oracle Fusion Inventory transactions including goods receipts, material issues, transfers, adjustments, returns, cycle counts, and physical inventory.
• Maintain item master records and warehouse locations in Oracle Fusion.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, logistics, and project teams.
• Monitor stock levels, slow-moving inventory, damaged materials, and critical stock requirements.
• Ensure warehouse safety, compliance, documentation, and material traceability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 6–8 years of warehouse management experience in the construction industry.
• Oracle Fusion Inventory / SCM experience is required.
• Construction industry experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and inventory systems.
• Strong organizational, planning, leadership, and team management skills.
• English is essential; Arabic is preferred.
