Job Overview
We are hiring an Assistant Human Resource Manager to lead HR functions, workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, HR analytics, compliance, and Oracle Fusion HCM optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR strategy, workforce planning, and manpower budgeting.
- Manage recruitment, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Serve as functional lead for Oracle Fusion HCM modules and HR processes.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
- Oversee performance management, training, employee engagement, and retention.
- Coordinate payroll, compensation, benefits, and HR reporting.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
- Work with department heads, government authorities, recruitment agencies, and internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- HR certifications such as CIPD / SHRM preferred.
- 7–10 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE.
- Fluent Arabic and English is required.
- Oracle Fusion HCM experience is required.
- Construction industry experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
