Job Overview
We are hiring Store Keepers to manage receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control of materials, tools, equipment, and consumables. The role requires accurate inventory records, proper material handling, and Oracle Fusion Inventory / SCM transaction management.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive materials, equipment, tools, and consumables from suppliers and internal transfers.
- Verify materials against purchase orders, delivery notes, and packing lists.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and proper material storage.
- Monitor stock levels, identify shortages, and report critical stock requirements.
- Perform Oracle Fusion Inventory transactions including goods receipts, material issues, returns, transfers, adjustments, cycle counts, and physical inventory updates.
- Issue materials against approved material requisitions and project requests.
- Maintain material traceability, documentation, and warehouse records.
- Support inventory reconciliation, audits, and warehouse compliance.
Requirements
- Relevant warehouse / storekeeping experience required.
- Oracle Fusion Inventory / SCM experience is mandatory.
- Construction / project warehouse experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of material receiving, issuance, inventory control, and documentation.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and coordinate with procurement and project teams.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- English communication required.
