Job Overview

We are hiring Projects Directors to provide strategic leadership, governance, execution, and successful delivery of construction projects. The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
• Oversee project lifecycle from initiation to planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Monitor performance across multiple sites and business units.
• Lead Oracle Fusion Projects / PPM implementation and utilization across projects.
• Oversee project budgets, cost control, financial performance, cash flow, and profitability.
• Manage project planning, controls, risk management, reporting, and governance.
• Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, finance, HR, engineering, and site teams.
• Maintain strong client, consultant, contractor, subcontractor, and authority relationships.
• Lead project managers, construction managers, engineers, and site teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 10–15 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
• High-rise construction experience is required.
• Construction experience is required.
• Oracle Fusion Project Module / PPM experience is required.
• Experience managing projects across cities is required.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, project controls, budgeting, and cost control skills.
• English is essential; Arabic is preferred.
