Finance Manager

Salary Range: AED 15,000 – AED 20,000 per month

Job Overview

We are hiring a Finance Manager to lead Finance and Accounts functions, including financial management, statutory compliance, budgeting, forecasting, project accounting, treasury management, financial reporting, and Oracle Fusion Financials optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead finance strategy, financial planning, and business performance management.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Ensure IFRS compliance, internal controls, and financial governance.
• Manage Oracle Fusion Financials including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Budgetary Control, and Financial Reporting.
• Oversee Oracle Fusion Project Financial Management / PPM.
• Monitor project budgets, expenditures, profitability, and financial performance.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business planning.
• Coordinate with senior management, project teams, procurement, and operations.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related discipline.
• Strong Finance and Accounts leadership experience.
• Oracle Fusion Financials and Oracle Fusion PPM experience required.
• Construction / Real Estate industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, cost control, and project finance.
• Strong leadership, analytical, reporting, and decision-making skills.
• Arabic speaking is preferred.
