Senior Infrastructure Administrator

Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Administrator to manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, cloud environments, backups, disaster recovery, and system security.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer servers, networks, storage systems, and cloud environments.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Implement infrastructure upgrades, patches, firmware updates, and security enhancements.
• Manage backup solutions and disaster recovery systems.
• Maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and connectivity solutions.
• Administer cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, diagrams, procedures, and change records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 5–7 years of IT infrastructure administration experience.
• Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, Azure, or AWS preferred.
• Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, cloud, and backup systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• English is essential; Arabic is preferred.
