Job Summary:
We are hiring a Dubai Municipality (DM) Approved Civil Engineer for our client’s ongoing and upcoming projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have 4–10 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering, with proven expertise in structural supervision, DM submissions, and site execution. DM engineer approval is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise civil works in compliance with approved drawings and DM regulations.

Handle all Dubai Municipality submissions, approvals, and inspections related to civil and structural works.

Ensure timely completion of structural and finishing activities as per project schedule.

Coordinate with consultants, architects, and other disciplines for project execution.

Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and ensure compliance with HSE standards.

Provide technical guidance to site teams and subcontractors.
Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

4–10 years of relevant experience in civil construction and supervision.

Must hold valid Dubai Municipality (DM) Engineer Approval.

Strong understanding of UAE building codes, DM regulations, and structural standards.

Experience in high-rise buildings, villas, or infrastructure projects in Dubai preferred.

Excellent project coordination and problem-solving skills.

Immediate availability is preferred.
