Position: HVAC Supervisor
Qualification: ITI/Diploma in HVAC or related field
Experience: Minimum 4 years in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
Preference: Immediate joining


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervision of HVAC Systems:
    • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
    • Supervise and guide a team of HVAC technicians in daily operations.
  2. Team Leadership:
    • Lead, train, and manage a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
    • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide technical support to the team.
  3. Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution:
    • Diagnose and resolve complex HVAC system issues promptly.
    • Implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
  4. Compliance and Safety:
    • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
    • Conduct regular safety briefings and ensure the team adheres to safety protocols.
  5. Record Keeping:
    • Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and inspections.
    • Prepare reports on system performance, issues, and resolutions.
  6. Coordination and Communication:
    • Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates.
  7. Preventive Maintenance:
    • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to avoid system failures.
    • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to extend the lifespan of HVAC systems.
  8. Emergency Response:
    • Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and ensure quick resolution to minimize disruption.
    • Be available for on-call duties as required.

Requirements:
  • ITI/Diploma in HVAC or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in HVAC systems installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
