Salary: 15,000 AED + Car + Commission on Sales
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Specification Manager (Female) to join our team in the UAE. You will drive product specifications across architects, interior designers, consultants, and project developers, ensuring our bathroom solutions are featured in high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, and developers.
Identify and secure product specifications in residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
Provide technical expertise and design support during project design stages.
Conduct presentations, workshops, and product training sessions.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies.
Monitor competitors and market trends.
Ensure specifications comply with project requirements.
Follow up on project pipelines from design to execution.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or related field.
5–7 years of experience in sanitary fixtures, construction materials, or building products.
Proven experience working with architects, consultants, and project developers in the UAE.
Proficiency in Arabic (mandatory) and English.
Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
