We’re Hiring: Sales Engineer – Specialty Solutions
Location: DIP 1, Dubai
Salary: AED 6,000 – 8,000 + Incentives
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Executive to manage and grow our range of specialty building products, including movement joints, aluminum entrance mats, expansion joints, wall protection, and stair nosing systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, solid contacts within the construction industry, and the ability to drive sales growth independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies for specialty solutions.
Generate and manage leads while building strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and project managers.
Conduct site visits, meetings, and product presentations.
Prepare and submit sales forecasts, market updates, and weekly reports.
Maintain organized records of inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets with a proactive approach.
Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and project support.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the construction or building materials industry.
Proven record of handling specialized architectural or finishing products.
Valid UAE Driving License.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to generate new business opportunities.
