We’re seeking a driven Sales Engineer to lead market growth in Dubai, UAE for specialist HVAC and air distribution solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise with business development and make a real impact on the region.
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive market entry & business development with consultants, architects, and contractors
· Influence product specifications at the design stage & support projects through tendering and execution
· Ensure products meet UAE/GCC standards and certifications
· Conduct training, workshops & presentations for engineers and contractors
· Build and manage distribution partners and agency networks
· Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and forums
· Track project pipelines and support pricing, logistics, and contracts
What We’re Looking For:
· Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering, HVAC, Building Services, or related field
· Min. of 3+ years in technical sales or sales engineering within HVAC, building products, or construction
· Proven track record of getting products specified onto projects
· Strong network with MEP consultants, architects, or contractors
· Excellent presentation, training, and communication skills
