Sales Engineer – HVAC & MEP Solutions

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience Required: Minimum 2-3 years in HVAC/MEP product sales within the UAE market.

Job Responsibilities:

Drive revenue growth by promoting and securing HVAC products/ equipment across the UAE, leveraging strategic sales approaches and techno commercial selling.
Candidate should have the skills and knowledge to understand project requirements and ability to work with application engineers to prepare cost estimates and technical submittals.
Should have the acumen to understand the project requirements and select the products accordingly and work towards product approvals with clients and consultants.
Consistently exceed sales targets, showcasing a proven track record of success and understanding of the UAE market dynamics.
Cultivate and sustain strong professional relationships with customers, contractors, and consultants, ensuring seamless collaboration and long-term partnerships.
Prioritize customer satisfaction, fostering trust and loyalty through a consultative approach and tailored solutions.
Apply exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Thrive in a collaborative team setting, demonstrating initiative, professionalism and a high level of adaptability.
Involve in order processing, inventory management, delivery coordination and payment follow up.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the UAE HVAC market.
General awareness of MEP contractors and consultants in the UAE
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
