Job Title: Real Estate Mortgage Consultant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Overview:
We are looking for motivated Mortgage Consultants to join our team, assisting clients—primarily Europeans—in securing property loans and facilitating smooth real estate transactions. This is a high-earning opportunity with a competitive salary and commission structure.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in applying for real estate mortgages in Dubai.
Provide guidance on mortgage eligibility, documentation, and processes.
Collaborate with clients and property consultants to facilitate transactions.
Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Follow up on mortgage applications and ensure smooth closure.
Maintain records of client interactions and mortgage deals.
Requirements:
Prior experience in real estate mortgage, banking, or finance is preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of European clients’ expectations is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: AED 7,000
Commission Structure:
Up to AED 10 million mortgage: 0.5%
Above AED 10 million mortgage: 0.6%
Note: Salary will be deducted from the commission amount once the deal is closed.
