Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Leasing Officer to handle leasing activities, manage client interactions, and ensure a smooth rental process while maintaining strong market awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Update and manage property vacancy and occupancy records
Respond to inquiries, send quotations, and follow up with clients
Prepare and issue tenancy contracts after verifying tenant documents
Maintain positive relationships with tenants and clients
Monitor market prices, occupancy trends, and competitor rates
Coordinate with brokers and manage property advertisements
Prepare regular leasing and sales reports
Support with DEWA and municipality processes for tenants
Requirements:
✅ UAE National (Emirati)
✅ Previous experience in real estate or leasing (preferred)
✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✅ Knowledge of UAE real estate laws and tenancy procedures
✅ Ability to work independently and collaboratively
