Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HVAC Supervisor to manage and oversee the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC systems for various MEP projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in HVAC systems and the ability to lead site teams to ensure quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all on-site HVAC installation activities including ducting, chilled water piping, VRF/VRV systems, and related equipment.

Ensure that HVAC work is carried out in accordance with project specifications, approved drawings, and applicable standards.

Assign daily tasks to HVAC technicians and monitor work progress to meet project deadlines.

Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and correct installation practices.

Coordinate with other trades (electrical, plumbing, civil) to resolve technical issues and avoid conflicts.

Review and interpret HVAC drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.

Assist in testing and commissioning of HVAC systems and troubleshoot operational issues.

Prepare and maintain daily/weekly site reports and progress updates for project management.

Liaise with consultants, clients, and main contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Oversee material handling and ensure all HVAC equipment and components are installed as per specifications.

Ensure all HVAC tools and testing equipment are properly used and maintained.
Qualifications & Skills:

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC supervision within the MEP/Electromechanical field.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, materials, installation practices, and industry standards.

Ability to read and interpret HVAC shop drawings and schematic diagrams.

Leadership skills with the ability to manage site teams effectively.

Good problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Familiarity with safety standards and procedures at construction sites.

Valid Driving License is preferred for travel between sites.
Preferred Experience:
-
Experience in HVAC works for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.

Familiarity with AHUs, FCUs, chillers, VRF/VRV systems, and ventilation systems.

Background in working with MEP contractors or HVAC service providers.
