Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team, focusing on both white-collar and blue-collar recruitment services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients across sectors, and supporting end-to-end recruitment partnerships across the UAE and GCC.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients in industries such as Construction, MEP, Facilities Management, Manufacturing, Logistics, Retail, FMCG, and others.

  • Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and industry networking.

  • Pitch recruitment services tailored for both white-collar (executives, engineers, office staff) and blue-collar (skilled and unskilled labor) requirements.

  • Understand client hiring needs and propose suitable staffing or recruitment solutions (permanent, temporary, contract).

  • Draft and negotiate recruitment service agreements, proposals, and quotations.

  • Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure proper delivery and timely closure of roles.

  • Maintain a sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.

  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, UAE labor laws, visa regulations, and competitor activities.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.

  • Minimum 2–5 years of business development experience in the recruitment or manpower supply industry within the UAE.

  • Proven experience handling both white-collar and blue-collar client requirements.

  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics and sourcing strategies.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.

  • UAE Driving License preferred.
