Capstone Solutions is looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruiter with a solid understanding of the construction and technical manpower sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates for blue-collar and white-collar roles in construction, MEP, civil, and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for construction-related roles (foremen, engineers, supervisors, skilled labor, etc.)

Understand job requirements from clients and align sourcing strategies accordingly

Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment databases

Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess skills and experience

Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and client feedback

Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases

Ensure all documentation (CVs, credentials, visa/ID copies) are properly organized

Build a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and upcoming projects

Liaise with project managers and site teams to forecast manpower needs

Stay updated on UAE labour laws and recruitment regulations
Requirements

3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in construction or technical manpower

Strong understanding of construction job roles, terminology, and project structures

Experience hiring for UAE or GCC-based construction companies

Excellent sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukrigulf, internal databases, etc.)

Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities

Fluent in English; Hindi/Urdu is an added advantage

UAE experience and driving license are preferred
