Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and management of high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in MEP systems, facilities management operations, preventive maintenance, team leadership, client coordination, vendor management, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day facility operations and maintenance activities for high-rise buildings.
- Oversee HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Building Management Systems.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Supervise engineers, supervisors, technicians, subcontractors, and service providers.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, tenants, and stakeholders to address operational requirements and service requests.
- Monitor building performance, asset condition, maintenance schedules, and service quality.
- Prepare maintenance reports, technical documentation, BOQs, budgets, and cost control reports.
- Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts, service providers, and vendor performance.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company policies, and facility management standards.
- Lead troubleshooting activities and provide solutions for technical and operational issues.
- Support facility improvement initiatives and energy optimization programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 9 years of Facilities Management / MEP experience.
- Mandatory experience managing high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use buildings.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and BMS systems.
- Experience in facility operations, maintenance planning, and asset management.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong experience in managing budgets, contracts, and vendor performance.
- Knowledge of local authority regulations and facility management best practices.
- Excellent communication, client management, and problem-solving skills.
- UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
