Job Title: Estimation Engineer – Fit Out & Joinery
Location: Dubai
We are looking for a professional who can accurately interpret drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare precise quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
Key Responsibilities:
· Review and analyze project drawings, BOQs, and specifications for cost estimation
· Perform detailed quantity take-offs for joinery and fit-out work
· Prepare material and labor cost breakdowns, supplier inquiries, and comparison sheets
· Coordinate with project teams to develop and review shop drawings
· Use AutoCAD efficiently to verify dimensions, layouts, and design intent
· Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals/quotations within deadlines
· Assist in value engineering and cost optimization exercises
Requirements:
· Minimum 4 years of experience in joinery, HPL, or interior fit-out projects
· Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
· Strong technical, analytical, and numerical skills
· Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
· Knowledge of market prices, materials, and fabrication methods
· Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
