Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead and manage high-rise building projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of hands-on experience in managing the execution and coordination of MEP systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Strong leadership and technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines are essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end MEP execution for high-rise building projects.

Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for MEP works.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures as needed.

Ensure all work complies with local regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.

Review design drawings and provide technical input for value engineering and optimization.

Manage subcontractors, site teams, and ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment.

Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

10–15 years of experience in MEP project management, with a focus on high-rise buildings.

In-depth knowledge of MEP systems and their integration in large-scale construction.

Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations and international standards.

Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
