Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Planning Engineer / Lead Planning Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 8–15 years of proven experience in MEP project planning, especially within high-rise building developments. Expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, and a strong grasp of FIDIC contract conditions and EOT (Extension of Time) claims is essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Prepare and maintain baseline programs, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans.

Coordinate with project managers, engineering teams, and subcontractors for progress tracking.

Analyze project delays and support the preparation of EOT claims.

Generate project reports, dashboards, and planning documentation in alignment with contractual and project requirements.

Ensure adherence to FIDIC conditions and manage planning inputs for commercial claims.
Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

8–15 years of planning experience in MEP works, especially high-rise buildings.

Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project is mandatory.

In-depth knowledge of FIDIC contracts and EOT claims preparation.

Strong analytical and reporting skills for delay analysis and project forecasting.

Immediate availability is preferred.
