Quantity Surveyors

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Quantity Surveyor with a relevant degree from a recognised university and a professional qualification (MRICS or equivalent). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant post-graduation experience and possess comprehensive knowledge of value engineering, cost control techniques, FIDIC contract conditions, and international methods of measurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Finalise rates and develop new rate builds.
• Attend meetings and reviews related to payments.
• Review and verify payments.
• Conduct re-measurements and ensure accurate reporting.
• Apply value engineering and cost control methods to projects.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and cost management.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including cost estimates and progress reports.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant Degree from a recognised university.
• MRICS or equivalent professional qualification (or subject to approval at the Employer’s discretion).
• Minimum 5 years of post-graduation experience in Quantity Surveying.
• In-depth knowledge of current value engineering and cost control techniques.
• Strong familiarity with FIDIC conditions of contract and international methods of measurement.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant cost management software.

Preferred Candidate:

• We are preferably looking for candidates with Aviation and/or Construction Industry, MRICS, Minimum 5 years of post-graduation experience in Quantity Surveying and British nationality (out-of-country British candidates will also be considered).
