Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients through strategic prospecting and relationship-building efforts.
• Understand client needs and present tailored recruitment solutions to meet their requirements.
• Negotiate terms of service agreements and contracts with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with our recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
• Previous sales experience, ideally in the recruitment industry, is advantageous. Freshers with a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
