Capstone Solutions is hiring experienced AC Technicians skilled in installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. The ideal candidate must be technically sound, proactive, and able to handle tasks independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair split, ducted, and central AC systems

Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems

Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections of AC units

Repair or replace defective parts, components, and wiring

Charge refrigerants and test for leaks using proper tools
-
Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations
-
Coordinate with supervisors and report daily work status
-
Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of spare parts
Requirements

2–5 years of experience as an AC technician in the UAE or GCC
-
Proficiency in HVAC troubleshooting, refrigerant handling, and system calibration

Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals

Knowledge of Dubai Municipality and safety regulations

Diploma or ITI in HVAC or Refrigeration (preferred)
-
Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu is a plus)

Willing to work in hot environments and on-call shifts
